Craftworks Locations
We have created 6 sites across Ashford and Swale, and have established these sites in key areas so that we are supporting local communities. We work alongside Kent County Council and use local data to identify job skills and opportunities to consider our qualifications and work placements. We recognise that we cannot work alone to realise our ambitions and seek to form community partnerships to attain our aims.
We have put in place individualised spaces that are equipped to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Mental Health Needs (MHN),‘to provide a stimulating learning environment and inspire young people to build on their gifts and talents.
The Nook
Based in Iwade, The Nook offers a quaint space for students to complete vocational qualifications in Horticulture, Environment and Conservation or Creative Craft, alongside Mathematics and English.
The WalledGarden
Based in Faversham, The Walled Garden is a heritage garden that provides a sheltered space for students to complete Vocational Qualifications in Horticulture or Creative Craft, alongside Mathematics and English.
Six years ago Brogdale CIC were given a five-year lease to a Walled Garden hidden behind the Mount. Our mission, to restore it to its former Georgian/Victorian glory using the most sustainable means available. Five years later we were granted a full 25-year lease meaning our plans for the restoration process can continue to blossom and grow. In July 2022 we entered the South & South East Kent in Bloom competition and it was an absolute pleasure to receive the news that The Walled Garden won Silver Gilt.

Based in Faversham, Brogdale Farm, where our dream began, provides an inspiring learning environment for students to complete a Vocational Qualifications in Horticulture, alongside Mathematics and English.
Food WithFriends
Based in Ashford, Food with Friends Café offers an industry-based work environment for students to complete a Vocational Qualifications in Food and Cookery, alongside Mathematics and English.
StoursideFarm
Based in Ashford, Stourside Farm offers a nurturing industry-based work environment for students to complete a Vocational Qualifications in Animal Care, alongside Mathematics and English.
