National Teaching Assistants’ Day is an awareness day that takes place on the 16th of September. Yesterday we wanted to celebrate our amazing teaching assistants and give a little token of thanks to them for all they do.
We have 13 amazing TAs working with us and we are so grateful for everything that you bring, both within the classroom and across the Brogdale Group. This year we have 5 new TA’s across our college site, we are excited to see how they all develop in your roles! We are also very thankful for the existing staff for the way they support our young people as well as our new and staff to feel safe and welcome! This
We also included our SENCO Victoria in this celebration she is truly one of a kind in her passion and approach to SEN provision. She is also closely supported by Hannah in her specialised SEMH role who goes above and beyond to support and advocate for our most vulnerable young people. We are all very lucky to be able to work with you both.
