Position: Full-Time Progressions Officer for Brogdale CIC, based across Swale & Ashford Starting Salary: £29,250

Your role would involve delivering our careers programme and providing training to enable our young people with SEND to gain the skills and confidence to transition into employment. You will be aware of the Gatsby Benchmarks for best practice careers education and be able to demonstrate adherence, progression, and positive impacts. You would work with local employers to build partnerships to create opportunities for work experience and job coaching. If you have the skills, energy, and tenacity to forge excellent relations with the community and build trusting relationships with SEND young people then we want to hear
from you.

Brogdale CIC is a social enterprise working with disadvantaged and disabled young people and adults across Swale and Ashford. For a little company there is a lot going on and we have been developing our college offer. The applicant will need to be computer literate to track and analyse data both qualitative and quantitive, be self-managing, work as part of a team in close collaboration with tutors and our SENCO and work across Levels Entry to L2.

Do you love sport, music, mentoring young people to be the best they can be? Could you create and lead fun activities?

Vibe Community Charity, part of The Brogdale CIC group, is looking to employ part-time youth workers. We are a growing youth organisation, working across Swale and Ashford. We have part-time hours in both areas available for weekly and summer holiday work. We provide traditional youth clubs, holiday activities, and bespoke youth wellbeing activities.

Youth qualifications an advantage and experience necessary.
