This week we have received a whole heap of wellbeing & support service information. Please do pass this on to anyone who you think needs it.
Kent County Council has put together these extremely useful guides to support services at a local, county, and national level. These are well worth bookmarking.
In addition to that, these four slides have a plethora of support services. You can download these here
Our Fully You course is all about supporting young people in their self-esteem & wellbeing during this time. Fully You started this week for our Yr 6 & 7 group. Our Yr 8+ group starts on Monday at 4 pm. We still have space on both courses (delivered on Zoom). So do get in touch if you would like to be involved. If you can’t make it with us then here is another great course “Bounce Back” delivered by Early Help
What’s On Your Plate? is about food, mood & wellbeing, and in this episode, Francesca & Lou are chatting about, the food that’s getting us through lockdown three, the mood that lockdown is making us feel, and of course how we are gonna power up our well-being in this very strange time!
Hollyoaks has been running a storyline on county lines, we see it in the media, but what do we actually know. This FREE parent workshop by SALUS looks great! Sign up here http://bit.ly/3nYm7WL

Our Ashford Café, Food With Friends, continues to supply an affordable food delivery service to the local community. Alongside the hearty meals, we also offer a befriending service. Do get in touch if you know, or are someone, who would be interested in ordering from us.
One of the nicest parts of our cafe service is that they offer whole cake delivery and, an affordable luxury of an afternoon tea. Why not buy one for a friend to get them through this last week of January!
