Today we are back in the office after a summer of amazing activities and catching up with all the news over the last month and something caught our eye that we just have to share with you!
We want to congratulate our student who at the end of the last term received his Level 1 in Food Hygiene. M who has been part of our café team has a proved his passion for baking and café management and risen to every opportunity served to him.
This year M will continue to work in the café by adding to his skills set through our functional skills and employability course. All these are opportunities for growth and will add value to making the final dream of a cheffing college and their own café!
More than just shadowing our café staff and completing the qualification, M has taken a bite of ‘front of house’ experience. This has included rolling out his own ‘honesty trolley’ and growing in confidence with customer service.
Well done M, we are very proud of all the ways you have grown with us and we looked forward to helping you take further steps towards your future.
