Ice Age in the Sunshine

Summer in Ashford officially kicked off today with Project Trust opening it’s doors at Wyvern School in Great Chart. The team headed up by Tim spent the day with the young people attending, having football fun in the sun, creating and enjoying sensory activities and cooling down with Ice Age the Movie – all 5!

We had some new faces at Project Trust both with leaders and those attending and it was great to see everyone gel so quickly and participate with the activities. We only managed Ice Age 1, 5 & 4 as we were enjoying creating and playing so much. A couple of our group had a go at making key fobs out of polymer clay, we had a great game of ‘Hide & Seek’ (between the fence & shed is a great space to hide!) and showed off our already honed colouring & creative skills!

The team will be back at Wyvern next week. Tuesday & Wednesday they are at our Muddy Wellies Farm and Thursday is the much looked forward to day trips! To find out more about this summer, click to our previous post

Project Trust is supported by KCC Short Breaks and funding provides wonderful, enriching and fun activities during the Easter, half term and Summer breaks. We operate in the Ashford area at a number of different venues. We also combine our activities with brilliant day trips to some of Kent’s best attractions.
